Mario Cavallo serves as the Group Accounting & Financial Reporting Director at Granarolo S.p.A. since May 1999, reporting directly to the Group CFO and overseeing the implementation of Group Accounting Standards in accordance with IAS/IFRS. Cavallo has extensive experience in financial control across various international markets, demonstrated through roles such as International Financial Controller Director and Trade Marketing Director within Granarolo Group. Additional leadership positions include Director of Management & Control at Zeroquattro Srl and numerous board memberships across Granarolo subsidiaries. Mario's professional background is supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and specialized education in financial and military economics.
