Effective January 1, 2025, the Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) and the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit (HNHU) merged to create a new, singular organization. The new organization, named Grand Erie Public Health, serves the County of Brant, Brantford, Haldimand County, and Norfolk County.
