Jason Walden

Jason Walden is a seasoned claims management professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Auto Claim Manager at Grange Insurance since October 2007. In this role, Jason oversees a team of auto adjusters and is responsible for coaching, training, and improving operational efficiency across a 13-state area. Jason has implemented innovative inspection strategies and training programs while repeatedly achieving high customer service ratings. Prior to this, Jason held various management positions, including Property Claim Manager and Auto Claim Team Leader, and gained foundational experience as an Auto Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance and as an Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Jason holds an MBA from Walsh College and a BA from Michigan State University.
