Matthew Wince CPCU CLU ChFC SCLA has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Multicultural Professionals Network and holding multiple roles at Grange Insurance since November 2017, including Senior Talent and Training Designer and Senior Talent and Training Specialist. Prior to joining Grange Insurance, Matthew Wince held various positions at State Farm ® from 1997 to 2017, including Auto Injury Trainer and Claim Specialist in both Fire Property and Casualty. Matthew Wince earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Miami University between 1990 and 1993.
