Granica
Tarang Vaish has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Tarang started their career as a Software Intern at Intel Corporation in 2006. Tarang then worked as a Software Engineer at AMD from 2007 to 2008. After that, Tarang joined Vivante Corporation as an OpenGL ES and Performance Manager, where they contributed to the development of GPUs for various devices. In 2014, they joined Cohesity as a Senior Staff Engineer and played a crucial role in building a fully distributed storage platform. From 2017 to 2019, Tarang worked as a Founding Engineer at Armorblox, where they helped build an AI-assisted email security platform. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Granica, where they are involved in redefining possibilities in software, data, cloud, and edge computing.
Tarang Vaish completed their B.Tech in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, during the years 2001-2005. Tarang then pursued an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University from 2005-2007. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1987-2000.
