Additionally, Jorge hosts the podcast Construction DEI Talks, aiming to foster a safe space for learning and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the construction industry. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Director of Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion at Northwestern Mutual, Chief Diversity Officer at Kraft Foods Group, and various leadership positions at Allstate Insurance and Encompass Insurance, where Jorge focused on diversity and operational excellence.
