Matthew Reade, CRIS, currently serves as the Director of Risk Management and Compliance at Graniterock since May 2015. With extensive experience in risk management, Matthew previously held the position of Risk Manager at Shimmick Construction from February 2011 to May 2015, and worked as an Account Executive at McSherry & Hudson from February 2005 to February 2011. Prior roles include Senior Underwriter at the Argonaut Group from February 1999 to October 2004 and at CalComp Insurance from April 1991 to October 1999. Matthew is skilled in managing relationships with insurance brokerages across the Bay Area, reviewing and developing insurance programs for businesses with annual sales ranging from several million to a billion dollars. Matthew earned a BS in Mathematics from Santa Clara University between 1986 and 1990.
