Jeanna Shapiro is the Chief People & Community Officer and a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team. She has nearly 25 years of experience as a leader in broad-based talent, human capital, administration and operations within professional services firms.

In her most recent role at Oliver Wyman, Shapiro oversaw 1,600 employees and over 250 partners as the chief operating officer of the Americas. Prior to that, she spent many years as a talent and human capital professional across Oliver Wyman and Booz Allen Hamilton leading human resources functions, including resource deployment, learning and development, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and compensation.

A performance-driven leader, Shapiro has a keen understanding of both professional services firms and highly matrixed partnerships like Grant Thornton and uses her deep-rooted knowledge to facilitate and solve complex organizational issues.
