John has provided consulting services for disaster recovery efforts, including serving as a Disaster Recovery Grant Program Administrator & Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Minot, ND. John has worked with different organizations and agencies to provide technical assistance, program implementation guidance, and strategic planning. John 's academic background includes a BA in Government from Bates College and multiple executive program certificates from Harvard Kennedy School. John is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Program Development at GrantWorks, Inc.
