Daniela Merglova

Daniela Merglova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Daniela co-founded GraphAware in 2013 and served as the Operations Director until 2016, overseeing various aspects of the business including marketing, finance, customer relations, and team management. Daniela then transitioned to the role of Finance Manager until 2020, providing expertise in tax, finance, accounting, operations, and legal restructuring. Additionally, they served as a Non-Executive Director and Board Member for GraphAware, providing guidance and advice to the management team. Prior to their time at GraphAware, Daniela worked at PwC as a Senior Associate in the Indirect Taxes Banking & Capital Markets team, where they provided VAT compliance and advisory services. Daniela also worked as a Consultant in the VAT team in PwC Prague, where they provided these services to a diverse client portfolio. Before joining PwC, Daniela worked at SAP as a Finance Operations Generalist, responsible for maintaining vendor and general ledger accounts.

Daniela Merglova completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New York in Prague from 2003 to 2008. In 2007, they also obtained a Certificate of Intercultural Leadership in Sustainable Development from The Scholar Ship. In October 2017, Daniela earned a Coursera Completion Certificate in "After the Arab Spring- Democratic Aspirations and State Failure with Dr Ebrahim Afsah" from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
