Amandeep "Mono" Junk possesses a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Purchasing, Food & Beverage, and Catering at Graton Resort & Casino since November 2013. Prior roles include Banquet Manager at The Citizen Hotel and F&B Manager at Joie de Vivre Hospitality. Amandeep started at Thunder Valley Casino in various capacities, including Assistant Beverage Manager and Food & Beverage Assistant Relief Manager, overseeing complex operations and managing a large team. Beginning a career at Thunder Valley Casino as a Casino Service Agent, Amandeep has developed a strong foundation in administrative support and customer service. Amandeep holds an A.A.S. in Business Administration from Heald College-Roseville and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.
