Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Gray Space Strategies and the CEO of the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology, Cory specializes in fostering collaboration and modernizing critical infrastructure. Previous roles include Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security, where a focus was placed on cyber strategy and technology's impact on national security, as well as an Adjunct Professor at Clemson University. Cory's background also encompasses key legal and strategic positions at USSOCOM, Resolute, Ankura, the U.S. Cyberspace Solarium Commission, Booz Allen Hamilton, and U.S. Cyber Command, solidifying expertise in national security law and cyber policy. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law and a Master of Laws from The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Philosophy from Transylvania University.
