Lauren Elder began their work experience in the construction industry as an intern at Sawyer Elder Construction in 2016. Lauren worked as an intern for three years before transitioning to a role at Gray in 2019. At Gray, Lauren started as a Project Manager Intern and later became a Project Engineer. Their most recent position at Gray is Assistant Project Manager, starting in November 2021.
From 2016 to 2020, Lauren Elder pursued their education at Eastern Kentucky University. During this time, they obtained a degree in Construction Management, focusing on the field of Construction Management.
