Shelby Gatlin, AIA, has extensive experience in architectural processes and standards management, currently serving as Manager of AE Processes and Standards at Gray since May 2015, after advancing through various roles including Assistant Design Manager and Architectural Technician II. Prior to this, Shelby held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Kentucky from August 2015 to May 2016, and completed a design internship at Encompass Develop, Design & Construct in mid-2014. Shelby earned a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Kentucky in 2016 and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the same institution in 2014.
