Trey Estill began their professional career as a Yard Worker at Lee Brick & Block in 2013. Trey then worked at the University of Kentucky, first as a Student Representative and later as a Student Manager. In 2016, Estill joined Bluegrass Tool & Industrial, where they held two roles: Inside Sales and Senior Project Engineer. As Senior Project Engineer, they provided creative critical thinking and problem-solving to develop custom industrial manufacturing solutions, reverse engineered existing equipment, estimated design time and costs, and prepared bid packages. Estill is currently working at Gray as an Assistant Project Manager, starting in 2023.
Trey Estill began their education in 2011 at Eastern Kentucky University, where they pursued studies in an undisclosed field but did not complete a degree. From 2012 to 2015, they then attended the University of Kentucky, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Business Management, and received Honors in Management. In addition to their formal education, Trey Estill has obtained two certifications. In May 2014, they achieved a LEAN Student Certification, although the institution providing this certification is unknown. Later, in July 2017, they became certified as a Forklift Operator Trainer through ProLift Industrial Equipment.
