Matt Geekie

Matt Geekie is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel at Graybar Electric Company, Inc. since February 2008, where prior duties included the role of Deputy General Counsel. Previously, Matt held the position of General Counsel at XTRA Lease from August 2005 to February 2008. Matt holds a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law (1987) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from St. Louis University (1984). Recent education includes a CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from the National Association of Corporate Directors and Carnegie Mellon University (2022).
