Steve Schwartz

Steve Schwartz is currently the Head of Customer Success at Grayce, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Steve served as the VP of Customer Success at FOLX Health from January 2022 to June 2024 and was a Founding Fellow of the On Deck Customer Success Fellowship in 2021, where participation involved a curated program focused on enhancing customer experience in SaaS. Additionally, Steve has held various leadership roles in customer success at Carrot Fertility and FreeWire Technologies, and was the Senior Director of Customer Success at Comfy. Steve's extensive experience includes over eight years at eMeter, A Siemens Business, where roles ranged from Global Head of Support to Product Manager. Prior to entering the tech industry, Steve worked as a Forensic Implementation Specialist at JusticeTrax, Inc., a Forensic Chemist with the Drug Enforcement Administration, and a Forensic Scientist at the Virginia Division of Forensic Science. Steve holds a BS in Chemistry and Biology from Tufts University and an MS in Forensic Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
