Diana Zhang

Diana Zhang serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Grayscale Investments since May 2025 and is the Founding CEO and Board Member of NeighborShare, a nonprofit organization Diana built from scratch and scaled to over 60 partner nonprofits across 26 states, providing aid to over 10,000 individuals. Diana is also a member of the Board of Directors at Connecticut Foodshare and a Presidential Leadership Scholar in the Class of 2022, participating in a leadership program focused on societal challenges. Previously, Diana held various executive roles at Bridgewater Associates, including Deputy to the Co-CEO and COO of the Investment Research Department, leading significant operational transformations. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College, graduating summa cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
