Impartiality: GCS conducts humanitarian action without discrimination, prioritising the most urgent cases of distress to ensure aid reaches those in greatest need.

Independence: We remain free from political, economic, military, or non-humanitarian objectives, enabling us to act with integrity and autonomy.

Neutrality: GCS refrains from taking sides in hostilities and avoids engagement in political, religious, racial, or ideological debates and controversies, maintaining our focus on the well-being of those we serve.

These humanitarian principles are the foundation of our faith-based work, allowing us to establish and maintain access and deliver assistance to people affected by disasters, conflicts, and complex emergencies.
