Eric Stifel has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Manager at The Great Dane Pub and Brewing Company since February 2016. Prior to this, Eric held managerial and bartending roles at Star Bar from August 2015 to January 2016. Eric's career includes experience as a Packaging Specialist at Leader Creek Fisheries and as a Logistics Coordinator at Landauer Publishing. Additionally, Eric worked as a Bartender at Court Avenue Brewing Co and as a Job Coach for Optimae LifeServices, Inc. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Iowa, obtained in 2009.
