Kelly Urlacher serves as the Associate Director of Digital Product Management at Great Minds, leading a high-performing team to improve user experiences in educational digital products. With a focus on strategic vision, accessibility, and diverse learning styles, Urlacher advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while establishing collaborative partnerships. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Digital Product Manager and Digital Product Manager at DreamBox Learning, alongside a decade-long tenure as a Teacher at Lake Washington School District, where Urlacher developed inclusive curriculum units and mentored new educators. Kelly Urlacher holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Washington State University and a Master's degree in Curriculum Development and Technology Integration from City University of Seattle.
