Jason Costner is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, recruiting, and strength and conditioning. Currently serving as Acquisitions Manager at Great River Learning, Jason is responsible for developing strategies to identify and acquire schools or authors for new publications while negotiating terms and deadlines. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Revolent Group, Jason created and executed hiring strategies to meet aggressive goals and developed a talent pipeline. Jason has also worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at IMG Academy, scouting athletes and managing data and logistics, and as the Owner of JEC Fitness, focusing on athlete development. Additional experience includes roles as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Combine Academy and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of South Carolina. Jason holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Appalachian State University.
