Hitesh Ghaghada is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the IT Operations & Services Manager at Greater Anglia since February 2012, Hitesh previously held the role of Senior IT Service Delivery Manager. Prior to this position, Hitesh worked at National Express from March 2005 to February 2012, where titles included IT Senior Systems Manager (Rail) and IT Systems Manager. Hitesh holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Communications & Information Communication Technology from Middlesex University, completed in 2002, and an advanced GNVQ in Engineering from the College Of North East London, earned in 1998.

The new Greater Anglia franchise began operating on 16 October 2016. We provide intercity, commuter and rural services throughout Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire, including the Stansted Express service. We’re responsible for over 3,000 employees, operate 1,300 train services per day and we’re at 133 stations. Greater Anglia is transforming the railway in East Anglia. We’re replacing every single train with brand new trains with air conditioning, plug and USB points and fast free wifi, which started to come into service during 2019.
