Juliette Maxam is a seasoned public relations professional with extensive experience in managing media and communications across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior PR Manager for Voi Technology since January 2023, Juliette leads communications in the UK and Belgium and is a key member of the senior leadership team. Prior to this role, Juliette worked at Greater Anglia as the Media and Public Relations Manager, where a transformative PR strategy was implemented. Previous positions include Senior Media and Public Relations Manager at Essex County Council, Communications and Marketing Business Partner for Colchester Borough Council, and National Communications Account Manager for the National Offender Management Service. Juliette's early career began in journalism at Archant. Juliette holds a BA in Social Sciences and Literature from Manchester University.

The new Greater Anglia franchise began operating on 16 October 2016. We provide intercity, commuter and rural services throughout Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire, including the Stansted Express service. We’re responsible for over 3,000 employees, operate 1,300 train services per day and we’re at 133 stations. Greater Anglia is transforming the railway in East Anglia. We’re replacing every single train with brand new trains with air conditioning, plug and USB points and fast free wifi, which started to come into service during 2019.
