JC Monaghan is an accomplished content specialist with extensive experience in leadership and multimedia production. Currently serving as the Lead Content Officer at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since September 2017, JC oversees a team of content producers focused on various media formats, including photography, video, and live events. Previous roles include Senior Content Officer, where JC produced visual content for the Office of the Mayor of Greater Manchester, and Security Officer, enhancing security measures for high-profile events. As a co-founder of StreamGM, JC merges technical expertise with artistic vision to optimize online engagement. With prior experience as a Photographer and Festival Security Supervisor, and a foundational background in volunteering with youth services, JC brings a diverse skill set complemented by a BA (Hons) in Photography from The University of Salford.
