Tom Addison is an experienced professional in the fields of local economic strategy and policy development, currently serving as the Local Economic Strategy Principal (Low Carbon Economy) at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since April 2023. Tom is also ACA qualified, achieving this certification in 2012.
