Josephine Edge, LMFT, serves as the Behavioral Health Site Director at Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. since March 2015, implementing policies and offering clinical guidance within a behavioral health setting. Previously, Josephine held various roles including Clinical Supervisor and Counselor III, providing oversight and therapy in both outpatient and co-occurring programs. Concurrently, Josephine practices as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Psychology and Counseling Associates, P.C., specializing in assessment and treatment of diverse mental health concerns. Additional experience includes working as a Social Worker at Crozer Chester Medical Center, an Outpatient Therapist at Northeast Treatment Centers, and a Senior Counselor/Patient Advocate at Cherry Hill Women's Center. Josephine holds a Master of Family Therapy from Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School.

Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. (GPHA), is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide high-quality, Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy and Child Development Services. Throughout GPHA’s network of eleven community health centers, four school based health suites and a child development academy, GPHA provides culturally and linguistically appropriate comprehensive services to populations within medically under-served areas of Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
