Lindsey Dimino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the YMCA and financial sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Contact Center Operations at the Greater Philadelphia YMCA since May 2018, Lindsey oversees a contact center that supports 15 branches and childcare sites. Prior roles at the YMCA include Operations Administrator, Membership Registrar, and Member Services Supervisor, where Lindsey enhanced operational efficiency and played a key role in implementing a new CRM system. Additionally, as Director of Health Insurance Product Management for the Pennsylvania State Alliance of YMCAs, Lindsey managed insurance contracts and conducted market research.
