Caitlin Oser

Caitlin Oser is a highly experienced Senior Instructional Designer at Greater Texas Credit Union since October 2021, with a robust background in instructional design and development acquired over thirteen years at Wells Fargo, where Caitlin held various roles including Instructional Design Consultant, Instructional Design Associate Consultant, and Mediation Specialist. Prior to that, Caitlin worked at Starbucks as a Barista from August 2004 to May 2007. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Criminal Justice emphasis from the University of Portland, completed between 2005 and 2007, and attended Carroll University from 2003 to 2005.
