Dave Harden

Dave Harden is a technology executive with extensive experience in software development and technology transformation. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and SVP, Head of Software Development at Green Dot Corporation since February 2022, Dave previously held several leadership roles at MUFG, including Head of Core Banking Technology Transformation and Managing Director of Technology Strategy and Incubation. Prior to that, Dave worked at Bridgewater Associates as Senior Product Manager and Product Release Manager. Additional experience includes a role as Program Manager at Stellar Science Ltd Co and Developmental Engineer in the United States Air Force. Dave began their career as a Systems Engineer intern at LYCOS. Dave holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
