Mohan Sitham, MBA, CPA, CGMA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operational Finance at Green Infrastructure Partners since July 2025. Previously, Mohan held the position of Global CFO & Head of IT at MagickWoods Limited and Magick Group from December 2023 to July 2025. Prior to that, Mohan was an Interim / Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Two Flowers Consulting, providing strategic financial leadership across various sectors including renewable energy and fintech. Mohan's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President of Finance at WSP in Canada and Senior Director of Enterprise Performance Management at RBC Royal Bank of Canada. Early career roles at GE spanned multiple leadership positions in financial planning and analysis, including CFO for GE Capital Fleet Services Canada. Mohan holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and several professional designations.
