David Larsen

David Larsen is an experienced educational administrator currently serving as the Dean of Enrollment and Completion at Green River College since October 2009. In this role, David has contributed to the Student Services division through the development, evaluation, and administration of policies and programs. Key responsibilities include creating and managing reports for student and institutional data, enhancing operational processes based on data analysis, and leading technological initiatives to support student success. David's previous experience includes roles such as Director of Student Affairs & Strategic Innovation and Administrative Services Manager at Green River College, support administrative work at Kent School District, and various positions at Camp Berachah Camp and Retreat Center and Costco Wholesale. Academically, David holds a Doctor of Education from Oregon State University and a Master of Education from the University of Washington, alongside degrees in Communications and an associate degree in Photography.
