Ashley Garcia

Ashley Garcia is a litigation associate attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and a young professional’s counsel at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. Previously, Ashley served as staff managing editor and junior editor of the Race & Social Justice Law Review at the University of Miami School of Law, where contributions included revising articles on self-defense and Battered Woman Syndrome. Ashley's professional experience also includes roles as a summer associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and a legal assistant at ASSOCIATION LAW GROUP, P.L. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Psychology from Florida State University.
