Prior to that, Darren held the position of Avalon Operations Manager at The Newt in Somerset from March 2021 to November 2022, focusing on the design and implementation of a fulfilment center. As Chief Operations Officer at First Quality Foods from September 2015 to March 2021, Darren led change initiatives across three facilities. Previous experience includes production and operations management roles at Andros UK Limited, Refresco, Uniq Prepared Foods Ltd., and Constellation Brands, starting in 2003.
