Alice Day

Alice Day has a robust background in product development and management within the food industry, currently serving as NPD Manager at Greencore since March 2015, following a role as Senior Concept Developer. Prior experience includes a position as Graduate Product Developer at Sainsbury's from September 2012 to March 2015 and a role as Sales Assistant at ACCESSORIZE from October 2006 to June 2008. Alice Day holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Food Quality and Innovation from the University of Leeds (2011-2012) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from the same institution (2008-2011), complemented by education at Loughborough High School from 2002 to 2008.
