Mark Baxter is an experienced supply chain professional with extensive expertise in logistics, procurement, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Head of Supply Chain and Operations at Greencore since January 2006, Mark has developed a strong focus on managing projects and resources efficiently. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Planning Manager at Kerry Foods - Poole Bakery from 2000 to 2006, further enhancing skills in effective staff management and operational strategy.
