Jennifer Saul's work experience begins in 2004 at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they started as a management trainee and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager. Jennifer also served as a Recruiting Supervisor in the Charlotte Region, overseeing the full recruiting process and training hiring managers.

In 2009, Saul joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Recruiter, where they built client relationships and promoted Liberty Mutual products. Jennifer later held roles as Business Development Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Branch Manager.

Since 2014, Saul has been working at Greene Resources. Jennifer started as a Recruiting Manager and then progressed to become the Director of Recruiting. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Recruiting. In their role, they collaborate with the Professional and Managed Services Recruiting teams to help companies find talented individuals for their organizations. Jennifer also assists employers using Greene Resources' Employment Solutions.

Jennifer Saul attended Appalachian State University from 2000 to 2004. Jennifer pursued a degree in Communication with focused studies in Public Relations and English.
