Rainer Staebler

Rainer Staebler is an experienced executive currently serving as Geschäftsführer (CFO/COO) at HSE Home Shopping Europe GmbH since October 2019. In addition, Rainer holds positions on the Supervisory Board of GREENFORCE and Spread Group, both starting in 2023 and 2021 respectively. Rainer has also been an Independent Advisor and Board Member since May 2019. Prior to these roles, Rainer was Managing Director EMEA and a member of the Global Executive Board at Britax Child Safety from July 2015 to April 2019. Other notable positions include CEO at Versandhaus Walz GmbH from February 2012 to October 2014, COO at Puccini Holding GmbH and Primondo Specialty Group GmbH, and Head of Corporate Procurement at Primondo GmbH.
