Chito Dakay

Chito Dakay serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Finance at GreenIRR Inc. since August 2023. Prior to this role, Chito held the position of Head of Treasury at ACS Solutions from April 2022 to December 2022, following the acquisition of Volt, where Chito was the Director of Treasury from September 2015 to April 2022. Chito's earlier experience includes consultancy roles at Reader's Digest Association and Geller & Co., as well as serving as Director of Corporate Finance at Reader's Digest and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Bowne. Chito Dakay holds an MBA in Finance and International Business and a Certificate in Mergers & Acquisitions from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
