Sivakumar K.R. has extensive work experience in risk and compliance roles. Sivakumar is currently serving as the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Greenko Group since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Governance Risk & Compliance Consulting from April 2020 to November 2021, specializing in risk and compliance consulting. From July 2011 to March 2020, Sivakumar held the position of Chief Compliance & Risk Officer at Nayara Energy. Sivakumar also worked as the General Manager - Operations at Chess Management Services Private Limited from March 2005 to July 2011. Sivakumar'scareer began at the National Productivity Council (NPC) India, where they served as the Deputy Director from 1993 to 2005.

Sivakumar K.R. completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore, from 1989 to 1993.
