Frank Monteiro

Frank Monteiro, PE, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Land Development at GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. since July 2019. Prior to this role, Frank was the Owner and President of MHF Design Consultants, Inc. from December 1991 to July 2019, leading a civil engineering and land surveying firm in Salem, NH that provided consulting services across New England. Frank's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Storch Associates from 1985 to 1991 and working as a Civil Engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers from 1982 to 1985. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 1978 and 1982.
