Eric Carlson Rydman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and advisory roles. Currently serving as Partner and Managing Director at Aligned Ventures AB since April 2019, Rydman also holds several board member positions, including at SeenThis, Pet Media Group, Buddywise, Juntos Farm, Flowlife, and MAIA Universe. Additionally, Rydman is a founding investor at Greens Ventures. Previously, Rydman was Global Commercial Lead for Hardware Products and Strategic Projects Associate Director at Spotify from November 2015 to March 2019, and served as a Corporate Finance Advisor at Access Partners from July 2011 to August 2015. Rydman earned a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and completed an exchange program in Business Administration/Economics at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Rydman also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Lausanne.
