Lisa Bennett

Lisa Bennett is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in housing and community support. Currently serving as a Customer Liaison Officer at GreenSquareAccord since December 2020, Lisa is instrumental in relocating tenants affected by property disposals. Previous roles include Housing Officer in South Birmingham, Tenancy Sustainment Worker at Spring Housing Association, and Customer Service Advisor at Citizen, among others. Lisa has also volunteered for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and served as Secretary for the Sandwell LGBT Community Group. Educational qualifications encompass certifications in Housing Practice and Housing Management from the Chartered Institute of Housing, along with other academic achievements.
