Jasmin Nyman is an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Greenstep, with a focus on recruiting young professionals in tech since December 2022. Previously, Nyman served as a Junior Recruiter at Academic Work from November 2021 to December 2022, collaborating with Consultant Managers on staffing processes in the Tech, IT, and Business sectors. Nyman also worked as a Lead Instructor at Talous ja nuoret TAT from September 2020 to December 2021, leading and guiding instructors in an innovative learning environment. Additional experience includes mentoring young entrepreneurs at the 4H Association of the Capital Region in 2021 and serving as a Customer Service Representative at Laatukoru, specializing in luxury products. Nyman holds a Master of Science in Social Sciences, Work Welfare and Well-Being from Tampere University and a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from the University of Helsinki.
