Marjut's career began in 1987, with significant roles at G4S Cash Solutions, where responsibilities included cash handling and cashier duties, as well as customer service at Posti Group Oyj. Marjut's educational background includes a vocational qualification in business and administration and a matriculation examination, complemented by studies at various institutions, including Jyväskylän Aikuisopisto.
