Marjut Raudaskoski currently serves as an HR System Specialist at Greenstep Oy, a position held since October 2019, focusing on automating and enhancing HR processes and analytics. Prior experience includes roles at Tampere University as a Coordinator for people and culture and as an HR Assistant, where Marjut contributed to the deployment of a new HR system. At CBRE Finland, Marjut transitioned from an HR Trainee to an HR Assistant, gaining extensive experience in employee lifecycle management and HR data oversight. Marjut's career began in part-time accommodation work at Verena Apartments. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from the University of Jyväskylä and an exchange program at Universidad de Granada.
