Mikael Vihriälä is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and marketing. Currently serving as the Manager of CRM and Customer Insight at Greenstep since April 2018, Mikael oversees CRM ownership, customer insights for upselling, and development of customer portals. Previous roles at Greenstep include Customer Engagement Manager and Marketing Specialist, focusing on customer satisfaction measurement and effective marketing strategies. Mikael has also contributed as an RPA Developer and Marketing Assistant at other organizations. With a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Jyväskylä, Mikael blends academic knowledge with practical expertise in high-pressure environments, highlighted by an active role as a referee in Finland's Mestis ice hockey league.
