Petri Rajala has over 10 years of experience in finance and business analysis. Petri is currently working at Greenstep as a Senior Manager in the CFO services department. Prior to this, they worked at Wärtsilä as a Manager in Business Intelligence and Modelling, where they developed a centralized business and competitor intelligence function. Before that, they worked at Stora Enso as a Business Controller in Biomaterials, where they implemented PowerBI reporting tools and provided insightful analyses. Petri also has experience in valuation and business modeling, having worked as a project manager at Deloitte Finland and manager at Deloitte UK. Additionally, they have worked as a financial statement analyst at Finnvera Oyj, where they researched and analyzed financial statements of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Petri Rajala is a Level 3 candidate of the CFA Institute. Petri has pursued their Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Lappeenranta, School of Business, from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the same institution, from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, Petri also participated in exchange studies at KDU University College Malaysia, where they studied Business in Asia for a year.
