Madelaine Clarke has a diverse work experience in various industries. Madelaine first began their career as a Sailing Instructor at Kenilworth Beach in 2012 before moving on to become a Special Events Supervisor at Spurlock Museum from 2012 to 2015. During this time, they also worked as an Assistant at the Center for Advanced Study UIUC from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, Madelaine worked as a Web Marketing Intern at Paper Source. Madelaine then became an Executive Board Member at Mediapalooza for a brief period in 2015. Madelaine also gained experience in the legal field as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Paul D. Geiger Esq. for a short period in 2015. That same year, they also interned in marketing and public relations roles at Call Their Ølive, The Field Museum, and IntraLink Global.

Madelaine started as a Public Relations Intern before progressing to junior associate, associate, senior associate, and eventually becoming an Account Supervisor. Madelaine is currently serving as an Associate Vice President at the company, beginning in January 2023.
Madelaine Clarke received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2015. In 2014, they also participated in a Study Abroad program focused on Food and Culture in Rome. Prior to university, Madelaine attended New Trier Township High School from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Public Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
