Aisling Carlson serves as the Senior Vice President of Partnerships at Greentown Labs since June 2023, contributing to the largest climatetech startup incubator in North America, which focuses on scaling climate solutions. As a Senior Advisor at Diversity VC since October 2020, Aisling is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the venture capital sector. Aisling previously held the position of Chief Business Officer at Sieo from October 2020 to November 2022 and was Community Lead for the Alliance for Southern California Innovation for a brief period in 2022. Additionally, Aisling served as a Mentor at Techstars during the same timeframe. From January 2017 to January 2020, Aisling was the Head of Partnerships at Flo Technologies, Inc., a company known for its innovative water control and monitoring systems. Early career roles include Innovation & Strategy at Anthemis Group and Financial Services / Leadership Consulting at Heidrick & Struggles. Aisling holds a Master’s degree in Political Philosophy & Ethics from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and History from Trinity College Dublin.
